| I was concerned with the compression being raised and using a stock head gasket.. Was curious what the stock head gasket can make up for. If this makes a difference. I have arp head studs (only picked over stock because they are reusable) First thing I am checking is if the valve stem height is within spec and vacuum test to make sure all valves are sealing properly. Would I need to lap valves if I move them from their original location? I will be removing all valves so that they can throughly clean during hot tanking. Or should I make sure they go back into their original seat?
